Nepal
Every once in a while you need to put on your Indiana Jones hat and blow up the ruts of daily life, every once in a while you get a hankering for yak cheese, and every once in a while, you just want to live out a Bob Seger song. This December, I hope to do all three at once.
I will be joining a Habitat for Humanity Global Village project team in Nepal to build houses for local families around Kathmandu. We will spend twelve days building, five days trekking along the Annapurna Circuit, and a day or two touring Bangkok. I am incredibly excited.
It should be quite an interesting holiday season.
