My kitty nemeses

Thursday, April 29th, 2004

A couple of weeks ago A. and I moved in to the cookie factory. And I became the proud co-owner of these two cats.

They think it’s great fun to walk on me when I’m sleeping; I think it’s great fun to toss them off the bed. The battle of wills goes on…

13 going on 30

Wednesday, April 28th, 2004

A. and I stood in the rain outside the Cask ‘n Flagon last night and made the executive decision to blow off the game. So, we wandered down to the Fenway theater and got in to see 13 going on 30.

It’s cute and goofy; it’s harmless, light, fluffy fun. If you’re in your early thirties or your middle teens, you’ll likely enjoy it. Plus, Jennifer Garner’s really cute.

This is by far one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a while: EditCSS.

It’s a Mozilla sidebar which allows you to change the styles of a page you’re on; the changes are reflected instantly. This will be very handy for web developers.

Group One Realtors sold

Saturday, April 17th, 2004

Congratulations to my mother and her partners for selling their 20-year-old business!

The MetroWest Daily News picked up the story.

Through the sale, Group One’s three founding principals — Carolyn Butler, Roz Drogin and Dottie Giebutowski — handed over the agency’s management and advertising responsibilities to ERA Key. But the ownership trio will continue working as brokers for ERA Key, focusing on listing and selling.

A couple of minutes later, this guy got shown the door.

Ahh, the first drunk Yankees fan of the year to get thrown out of Fenway.

Departing, I might add, with the level of dignity and class one associates with the Bronx.

Back in action

Ok, it’s been a while…

But, we are now fully moved in to our new place, and I’m past the ugly little period at work, so now I can return to a regular posting schedule.

Woo Hoo!
