My irony-meter has melted

1. Senator Orrin Hatch's website must be destroyed, for it blatantly and brazenly violated copyright laws.

The senator's site makes extensive use of a JavaScript menu system developed by Milonic Solutions , a software company based in the United Kingdom. The copyright-protected code has not been licensed for use on Hatch's website.
It is the duty of all patriotic Americans to destroy his webserver. Hatch says so himself:
Hatch said damaging someone's computer "may be the only way you can teach somebody about copyrights," the Associated Press reported.
2. A man claiming to own the trademark for the common phrase clue-by-four is sending out letters {1,2} demanding the phrase be deleted from every website, letters which demonstrate how badly he himself needs a whack.
